Sautee onions and chopped garlic in 2 tbls olive oil until tender.
Add vegetable broth, tomatoes, beans, hominy, and diced chili peppers.
Add seasoning with a 1/2 cup of wine.
Simmer on low for several hours.
Serve with Cilantro, Avocado, Sour Cream & Green Onions
