Wood-fired Pizza Pre-order

Due to popularity and limited supply, our wood-fired pizzas are now available for pre-order. Pre-orders will receive priority over walk-in orders.

The kitchen is limited in the number of pizzas that can be made each hour. We have broken the evening up into half-hour increments for pizza ordering. By pre-ordering, you are reserving your pizza and given a time to place your order that evening.  

Pizzas are limited to on-site ticketed guests only, not available for to-go orders.

Pizza selections can be made the night of.

Please check in at the tasting room upon arrival to collect your pizza ticket.

Pizza selections include: vegetarian Margherita, classic supreme, and a specialty pizza of the night. You can make your selection the night of when you place your order at the kitchen at the time indicated on your ordering window.

Limit 2 per party (one per two people) on pre-orders. Once all guests have had the opportunity for pizza, additional orders can be made if supplies last. We do not limit outside food.

For our Gluten-free friends, we recommend pre-ordering a GF crust from Flourless Bakery in Placerville. With enough notice, Richard will par-bake it for you to pick up. Bring your par-baked crust to our pizza night, and we will give you $5 off your pizza. Email Richard at Flourless
