An Italian classic, easy to prepare pasta that everyone will love.
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 tbsp crushed or diced garlic
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup pecorino romano
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 3 yukon gold potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup fresh green beans
  • 2 lbs linguine pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper

1.boil your potatoes for about 4 min then add your pasta and continue cooking for about 8 min, after a min add your green beans and continue cooking until pasta is al dente.

2. in a food processor add a tbsp of salt, your basil, garlic, cheeses, olive oil, and pine nuts, if sauce seems to thick add pasta water one tbsp at a time until desired consistency

3. toss pasta, vegetables and sauce in a sauce pan over low heat until sauce is hot.
