Ingredients
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 tbsps Baking powder (sifted)
  • 1 cup Corn meal
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Can Creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
Directions

First, preheat oven to 325 and grease 2 pans (9x13 in).

Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Next add all the dry ingredients, making sure to sift in the baking powder. Add oil and creamed corn and mix well. Add melted butter and honey and stir till smooth. 

Pour mixture into both pans and bake in oven until golden on top.
