Easy to make, easy to use, making a delicious pizza crust!
Ingredients
  • 1000 g Flour
  • 650 g Water
  • 22 g Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Yeast
  • 1/4 Cup Sourdough Starter
Directions

Mix ingredients, cover, let rest for 24 hours at room temperature. Divide & weigh dough into 300 g balls each. Four and let rise. Shape as you like. Recipe makes 5-6, 300 g pizza pies. Adjust for smaller or larger quantities.
