Prosciutto wrapped dates stuffed with manchego cheese.
  • 20 Dates
  • 10 Slices of Prosciutto
  • 1 lb Aged Manchego Cheese

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Start by making a slit in the dates. Next you will need to slice the cheese into little blocks almost as long as the dates. Stuff your dates with the blocks of manchego cheese. Slice your prosciutto slices in half being careful not to tear them. Wrap your manchego stuffed dates with the prosciutto and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake the dates for 4 to 5 minutes per side keeping a close eye on them so they don't burn. Let cool and enjoy!
