Ingredients
  • 2 Halibut Steaks (around 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tsps Olive Oil
  • Chinese Five Spice
  • Mrs. Dash Seasoning (original)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions

1. Brush halibut steaks with olive oil. 

2. Combine Chinese Five Spice seasoning with Mrs. Dash Original seasoning. 

3. Rub onto halibut steaks.

4. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.

5. Broil on medium, middle rack of the oven, on both sides of steak. Time may vary depending on the thickness of your steaks, cook until firm and flaky, but not dried out. 

5. Serve with side dish, we served with rice and a vegetable dish.
