A blend of Estate Merlot and Cinsault this lightly carbonated rosé was fermented in stainless steel. It has aromas of pomegranate and sour cherry with a little spice and cotton candy finish.
I love this wine, which I bought at the South Lake Tahoe farmer’s market over the summer. It is light and refreshing, and the notes blend well. Not too sweet and not too dry. The flavor compares with some French roses I have had (although it’s slightly more sweet). The bubbles add to its specialness. It makes a great mimosa,. Definitely worth buying and it’s at a reasonable price.
