This Bordeaux varietal is a rich crimson color with raspberry, cocoa, crushed lavender, and hints of dried rosemary & oregano with a granitic minerality. Pairs well with lamb Lollipops, pork medallions, or grilled steak. Dried herbs as well as mushrooms complement the Cabernet Franc and can be used in a number of receipes from checkin to pork to beef.
