Join us Fridays at 8 am June 16, 23, & 30 for an hour long barre session that will leave you longer, taller, more flexible, and covered in sweat! Barre is a mix of ballet, pilates, calisthenics, plyometrics, and dance. All levels of fitness and experience can participate.

Each routine is lead with modifications designed to allow anyone to get a complete, safe workout. Oran’s totally innovative classes are famous for the BEST song playlists, his uncanny ability to make hard work SO fun, and how awesome you’ll feel at the end of the workout.

To prepare for the sessions, all you’ll need is your yoga mat and a water bottle! Shoes or no shoes- it’s up to you! Drop ins welcome or RSVP for your spot today at
