I am not a fan of the "usual" Petit Sirah. This one however, has less of the overwhelming tannins that some can have. Nicely balanced, a little tannin, a long finish. Dark fruit, and a bit of white pepper on the finish. I can imagine it with grilled anything. Even chicken or portabello mushrooms.
